Redditch Orchestra Playing Day

Hello everyone,

Having enjoyed such a challenging and rewarding rehearsal day on Elgar's magnificent 2nd Symphony last February, I am hoping that you will want to join us for our next event which will have very much the same format as before.

Saturday February 23rd 2019
Venue Woodfield Academy, Studley Rd., Redditch B98 7HH (as last time).
10.00am – 5.30 approx. No formal concert but a play through at the end of the day.

Our conductor will again be Russell Abraham.

This year's repertoire will be Ravel's orchestration of Pictures at an Exhibition.
Individual parts are available to download below. In case of difficulty please contact Helen (contact details below. A full set of parts will be available to use on the day.

This year the cost is £12 per participant, payable on the day. The slightly increased fee is to cover increased hall hire and Russell's expenses.
Morning and afternoon refreshments (delicious cakes!!) will be provided but you will need to bring a packed lunch + a music stand with you.
